Shipping Notes:

  • The billing address that you enter in the shopping cart must match the address on file at the customer’s credit card issuing bank. If not, your order will be placed on hold until we verify your address.
  • Please be there to sign for the delivery and inspect the item for potential damages. Most shipments over $50 in value will require a signature
  • Sorry, no order cancellation or changes in delivery address while the shipment is in transit.
  • Any items returned to sender by carrier will incur double shipping and handling fee.
  • No delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Home Delivery Service does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.
  • GROUND (commercial) Delivery Service does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Please be advised that the accuracy of delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
  • If you do not receive the order within 60 working days, please feel free to contact us before leaving Negative and Neutral Feedback, we will do our best to help you resolve the problem.

  • Europe takes about 10-15 business days.
  • North America takes about 10-15 business days.

  • Africa takes about 20-28 business days.

Free Shipping

You can take advantage of our free shipping on purchases over $79, but free shipping cannot be used with coupons. Some products cannot be delivered to the event site due to their heavy weight. Free shipping is not available if the following products are added to your cart.

Shipping Tracking

  • If you have registered an account on our website before purchasing, please go to follow the tutorial on the Track Tutorial page.
  • If you didn’t register an account on our website when you placed an order, please go to https://www.17track.net/ to check. Please find the tracking number in the order email. If you can’t find the tracking number, please contact us.
  • Before placing an order, please fill in an accurate address and email so that we can send you the status of your order.
  • You can use Facebook and google email to quickly log in and register, or you can use email to register.

Damaged Orders in Transit

  • When your new product is delivered please make every effort to inspect the product before taking full receipt from the shipping company.
  • If the box shows significant signs of damage or you know that the product is damaged please refuse acceptance of the shipment and have the shipping company return the item to the sender.
  • If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left you must report any damage within 2 days of receipt.
  • This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company to replace or repair your merchandise. Failure to follow this requirement could result in you having to incur replacement costs for damaged items.
  • Please keep all packaging materials to be used in the claims process with the shipping company.
  • Please be aware that due to the size and weight of some items small scuff marks and or scratches that may occur on the items are not considered damage.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

  • Customs Duties or VAT taxes are not included in the price.
  • The buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees, or brokerage fees for importation into your country if any.
  • These additional fees may be collected at the time of delivery by the post office.
